We eat here a lot. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about but I'll give my review. They have a full liquor bar where friends gather early evenings, best wings in town and owner is also on site. Kitchen is spotless. It's a warm atmosphere with a huge fireplace. And they have a nice salad bar. Daily food specials. Just had country fried chicken, hand breaded, and smashed potatoes that was on special. Very good!
DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS!!! Based on the reviews I would've passed on this place, however I am glad I did. The food was really good! It was a 25min wait, however it was worth it. The staff was very nice, the owner even came and spoke to us for 15mins and asked our opinion. The place is really cool on the inside as well. Give it a chance and remember most places are under staffed and it takes a little longer to receive food, but the food does come out hot and tasty.
They're very hospitable, willing to go above & it was appreciated. I hinted at the fact it was too bad they don't have fried butterfly shrimp that I had noticed it was either grilled, or fried popcorn shrimp. The bartender informed me they could definitely make me fried shrimp, that's going above! The shrimp appetizer was really good not spicy at all (I like spicy so was hoping they'd have a little heat) the shrimp is fried butterflied & has cheese & jalapeño. Everything I ordered was cooked to specifications, example being fried okra I like it fried a little crispier than most places make & they made my fried okra perfectly crispy & not mushy. Give them a shot if you're looking for a restaurant to try in Rogersville. Btw the food looked so good I dove in before I realized it I had nothing to take a picture of.
I was a little skeptical about eating here, since the last time we went it was a bad experience when it was Lonestar. I have to say, they did a wonderful job redoing the restaurant, and cleaning it up. The salad bar was amazing! I ordered chicken with some kind of creamy parmesan sauce on it, with 2 sides. My hubby ordered grilled pork chops with 2 sides. Everything was delicious, and more food than you could possibly eat. Our waitress was wonderful as well. We will definitely be back!
I was visiting my Sister Harweeta in Tennessee and we went out to eat if her choice and this was were we went. The steak dinner was great and we loved the service. We recommend trying the Cowboy steakhouse very good food. Must try this restaurant.
First time here. Ordered in for pick up. Upon arriving I was fairly surprised at how nice the interior of this place is. Very modern looked organized and clean. Tons of charm. The food was pretty good I like my steak medium rare. Next time I would order it rare here as my steak was a little over done. None the less it was a good steak. The cowboy taters were basically a mashed baked potato which I though was good. I didn't have to add any butter or toppings it was good as is. The Mac n cheese was alright. We also got the tribal app sampler. Everything in the sampler was alright. Over all I would eat here again. For two 7oz steak meals with 2/sides each plus a role and getting the sampler appetizer our cost after tax was just short of $55.
